Sender reports
You can’t see who is sending email as your domain.
A forgotten tool can start failing DMARC. Someone can send email as you and nobody notices. Gmail, Outlook and other providers will send a daily report of every server that sent as your domain, if your DMARC record asks for it. SenderCheck reads those reports for you and turns them into a plain list.
Check your domain now
Free, no account. You’ll see whether your DMARC record asks for reports, and what to fix.
Why nobody notices
Your DNS says which services are allowed to send as you. It doesn’t say who actually does. That is only in the DMARC reports, and they arrive as compressed XML files most people never open.
- A tool someone set up last year still sends as you. Its mail starts failing DMARC and customers stop getting it.
- Someone sends email as your domain from a server you have never heard of.
- You want to move DMARC to quarantine or reject, but you can't tell whose email it would block.
What you get
Every sender in one list
Each service that sent email as your domain, named where its servers tell us who it is.
Pass or fail for each one
How many emails each sender sent in the last 30 days, and how many passed the checks.
The date we first saw it
Every sender shows when it first appeared, so a new one stands out from the ones you know.
Mark each one
Press “It’s ours” or “Not ours”. We keep your answer and show it back to you with the date.
An email when a new sender appears
When a sender we have not seen, and your settings don't name, sends 50 or more emails in one report and half or more of them fail, we email you. At most 5 a day per domain.
Part of the domain's history
New senders go on the domain's timeline next to every DNS change, with the report that showed them.
Know when it’s safe to block fake email. Once reports have arrived for 14 days without a break, the domain page tells you whether a stricter DMARC setting would catch any of your own email, and names the services it would catch.
How to turn it on
Step 1
Add your domain
Create a free account and add the domain you send email from.
Step 2
Confirm it's yours
Publish one TXT record. Sender reports only show for a domain you have confirmed.
Step 3
Turn on sender reports
Press the button on the domain page. We give you a private address for your reports.
Step 4
Add it to your DMARC record
Copy the address into the rua= part of your record. The first report usually arrives within a day.
What it costs

Questions people ask
What is a DMARC report?
Mailbox providers such as Gmail and Outlook send a daily summary to the address in your DMARC record. It lists the servers that sent email as your domain and whether that email passed the checks. It holds counts and results, not the emails themselves.
Will this change where my existing reports go?
No. If your DMARC record already sends reports somewhere, you add our address after a comma. Both addresses get the reports.
Does adding the address change how my email is delivered?
No. The report address only says where reports go. How receivers treat your email is set by the policy in the same record, and adding an address leaves that alone. If you have no DMARC record yet, the one we give you uses p=none, which only watches.
How soon will I see anything?
Reports are sent once a day, so the first usually arrives within a day. For the first 3 days we only build the list, because every sender looks new at the start. New-sender emails begin after that.
My DNS is on Cloudflare. Do I need this?
Maybe not. Cloudflare gives domains on its DNS DMARC report management for free, and if that covers what you need, use it. SenderCheck puts the same reports next to its checks of your SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX settings, the history of what changed, and the alerts.
Which plan do I need?
Any plan, including Free. Sender reports work for every domain you have confirmed is yours. Plans differ in how many domains they cover and how often we check them.
