For agencies and IT providers
Know the moment a client’s email setup breaks, before they do.
SenderCheck watches the email settings on every client domain you look after and emails you when one breaks, with the exact fix. So the first your client hears about it is from you, with the problem already solved. 100 domains, one bill.
Check a client’s domain now
Free, no account. You’ll see what’s wrong, what it means for them, and how to fix it.
What you get
Every client domain, checked every hour
Up to 100 domains, read from public DNS. Nothing to install on anyone's systems.
An email when something breaks
Named by client domain: a new problem, one that got worse, or one that's fixed. Quiet otherwise.
The exact fix, not just a warning
Each problem quotes what we found and the setting to publish, written for the client's provider.
Reports with your name on them
Export a PDF for any client, carrying your company name rather than ours.
One bill, no per-client charge
$299 a month, whether your domains belong to five clients or fifty.
Honest about what it can't see
No inbox guarantees and no invented numbers, just what's published and what to change.
Why a working setup breaks later
Client email is rarely broken on the day you set it up. It breaks months later, usually because of a change someone else made, and none of it shows until mail starts going missing.
Agencies’ own domains are no exception. When we checked 1,362 US agencies and IT firms, 24% published no DMARC record at all. Read the research
- A client's bookkeeper connects a new invoicing tool and adds it to the approved-sender list.
- Another agency adds its email platform and pushes the list past its ten-lookup limit.
- A digital seal is replaced and the old one is left pointing at nothing.
How it works
Step 1
Add a client domain
Publish one small setting on it to confirm you're allowed to watch it.
Step 2
We check it every hour
SenderCheck reads its public settings. Nothing is installed anywhere.
Step 3
You hear first
When a problem appears, gets worse or is fixed, you get an email naming the client and the problem.
Step 4
Send the client a report
Export a report with your company's name whenever you need one.
What it costs
| Scale | Agency | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $99/month | $299/month |
| Client domains | 25 | 100 |
| How often we check | Every hour | Every hour |
| Reports with your company's name | No | ✓ |
| History we keep | 2 years | 2 years |
| Separate client logins | No | Not available yet |
With every slot in use, that’s $2.99 per client domain a month. Scale covers up to 25 domains if you don’t need reports under your own name.
Questions agencies ask
Do I need access to my client's DNS?
Only once. To monitor a domain, one TXT record is published on it to prove you are allowed to watch it. If you manage the client's DNS that takes a minute; if not, the client adds it once and nothing more is needed from them.
What happens when a client changes their own DNS?
If the change creates a problem, makes one worse, or fixes one, you get an email within the hour naming the domain and the problem. Changes that break nothing do not generate alerts, so the inbox stays quiet until something actually needs you.
Can I send clients reports with my branding instead of yours?
Yes. On the Agency plan, exported reports carry your company name and contact details. You set them once in settings and every report uses them.
Do my clients get their own logins?
Not at the moment. Everything runs under your account, and clients see their status through the reports you send them. This is also listed on the pricing page, so it is not a surprise.
Is there a per-client charge?
No. $299 a month covers up to 100 domains on one bill, however many clients they belong to. Cancel any time from Billing in one click.
