Which plan should I pick?
Most small businesses pick Monitor. It covers your main domain plus a couple of others (a newsletter domain or a second brand), checked every day. Choose Business or Scale if you look after more domains, and Agency if you manage email for clients.
What do I get for free?
The full check and step-by-step fixes, as often as you like, with nothing held back. Free also watches one domain for you, re-checking it every week and emailing you if something breaks. Paid plans watch more domains, check more often, keep more history, and give fix steps written for your email provider.
Why do I have to prove I own a domain before you watch it?
Anyone can run a one-off check. Watching a domain means keeping its history and sending you alerts, so we ask you to add one small setting that proves it's yours. We walk you through it. It stops people watching domains that aren't theirs.
What happens if I cancel?
We stop watching at the end of the period you've paid for, and keep your history for 30 days after that. If you subscribe again within that time, to the same plan or a larger one, you keep all of it; a smaller plan keeps only as many days of history as it includes. There's no cancellation maze: it's one button in your account, with no email or call needed.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your plan keeps working while Stripe retries the card. We don't switch off monitoring the moment a payment fails, because that's usually an expiring card rather than a decision to leave.
Do you guarantee my emails reach the inbox?
No, and nobody honestly can. We make sure your settings are correct (the part you control). Whether a particular email lands in the inbox also depends on what you send and each receiver's own filters.
