Questions
- What do I get for free?
- Every checker and generator, with the complete result — all findings, the records we read, severity, and the remediation steps. Nothing about the diagnosis is held back. What free does not include is scheduled re-checking and alerting, which is what the paid plans are for.
- Why do I need to verify my domain?
- Manual checks read public DNS and need no permission. Continuous monitoring is different: it stores history against your account and sends alerts, so we require a DNS TXT record proving you control the domain. It stops the product being used to watch someone else's infrastructure.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Monitoring stops at the end of the period you have paid for, and your history stays readable for the retention window on your plan. There is no cancellation flow to fight through — it is one button in your account, and no email or call is required.
- What happens if a payment fails?
- Your plan keeps working during a grace period while Stripe retries the card. We do not cut off monitoring the moment a payment fails, because that is usually an expiring card rather than a decision to leave.
- Do you guarantee my email reaches the inbox?
- No, and nobody honestly can. We check whether your published authentication records are correct, which is deterministic and fixable. Inbox placement also depends on sending reputation, content and each receiver's own filtering, none of which are visible in DNS.
