Before writing in about a result, the error reference explains every finding the checker can report, and what we do not claim covers the most common misunderstanding — that a passing check guarantees delivery. It does not.
Security
To report a vulnerability, email security@sendercheck.net. Please include enough detail to reproduce the issue. We will confirm receipt, keep you updated while we investigate, and will not pursue action against good-faith research that avoids privacy violations, data destruction and service degradation.
Abuse
If the service is being used against you — for instance to probe infrastructure you operate — report it to abuse@sendercheck.net. Manual checks read only publicly published DNS, but we would rather hear about misuse than not.
Privacy and data requests
To access, correct, export or delete your data, email privacy@sendercheck.net. Account deletion is also self-service in your account settings and does not require contacting us. What we hold and for how long is set out in the Privacy Policy.
