Point MX at Zoho Mail
The exact steps in the Zoho Mail admin console, followed by a checker to confirm the record resolves once you publish it.
Steps
- Replace any existing MX records with Zoho's three: mx.zoho.com (priority 10), mx2.zoho.com (20) and mx3.zoho.com (50). Use the regional hosts, e.g. mx.zoho.eu, if your account is EU-hosted.
- Remove MX records from a previous provider so mail is not delivered to a mailbox you no longer use.
- Allow time for the old records' TTL to expire before treating the cutover as complete.
