Set up SPF for Microsoft 365
- Publish one TXT record at your root domain.
- Use v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all.
- Microsoft recommends -all once you are confident every sender is listed.
Confirm it worked
DNS changes take time to propagate. Check the record once you have published it.
